畑龙哥的咖哩鸡哲学促使版主老远跑到 Inanam，目的就是要吃那份"新万顺兴"的"畑龙Combo" ! 虾，什么 combo 哇!? 讲的明点也就是 甜酱咖哩汁猪肠粉 配 烧肉 和 咖哩鸡，这个portion十分重量级，一份要价约 rm20，重点还是好鬼死正。
这次来亚庇，版主一共遇到了两次停电，一次在"大货船保佛面"，而另一次就是在"新万顺兴"了。一踏进店就知不妙，店内望去一时漆黑闷热。没关系，在斗湖已经习惯了停电的节奏，少少的热度难不倒版主，最重要的是可以吃到网络疯传的 "畑龙Combo"。在排着队下单时就已经听到前面几个人都是为着这网食而来。
好在版主提早在午餐时间前来，店内的人潮还未形成，为了采光度够亮就选了个靠近门口的座位，然后在等待我的 combo 来时就和"新万顺兴"镇店之主兼总厨来个简短闲聊。年方60余岁的老板有一个非常的霸气称呼叫"龙师傅"。没看错，他的姓氏是就一个"龙"字，这姓氏可是在我们百家姓里位为数不多，他是百分百的海南人。
在我俩的闲聊下才知道 龙师傅 来自西马的芙蓉，他那超凡的厨艺就是传承自也同样是厨师的爷爷和父亲，现在儿子和女儿也一样继承了这美食基因，那么一算那就是四代也都是从事饮食业，这也难怪他家的美食为何会获得如此高的食评。
龙师傅对美食制作的要求很高，至今依然保持古早味那繁琐的烹制方法，单是那份咖哩酱料就用了十多种香料及高达8小时烹煮而成。除了驰名烧腊和咖哩之外，这里的刃手小菜也很多选择，像是豆豉鱼、干煎鲳鱼、甜酸鱼、咸菜日本豆腐 及 各类 龙师傅美食。
终于到了最后环节，那就是版主对这碟 畑龙Combo 给予的食评了。猪肠粉的口感滑溜可口，咖哩汁和甜酱的融合就让人越吃越开胃，满满的芝麻粒是加分点。那铺在肠粉上面的烧肉才是灵魂所在，咬下去就是油香四溢，而且烧肉皮还是保持香脆可口，一点都不粘牙。再加上那碗可以吃的 招牌咖哩鸡，这个 combo 的搭配甚称完美。

I came across this restaurant in one of Tian Long’s video so I decided to visit this place.
The moment I arrived, it is pretty clear that you’d have to order and pay first before finding your seats. I wanted to try their shao nyuk curry chee cheong fun. Sadly, shao nyuk and curry was out of stock so I ordered the normal chee cheong fun with duck. Halfway waiting, their curry was ready so I added one curry chicken. Their food is remarkable and I would say it’s one of the taste that I wouldn’t forget. The curry leans on a spicier side so for those who can’t take spicy, ready your drinks. For price wise, it’s abit pricey but it’s definitely worth it.

古老肉饭 - mayb cooked & rendam at the sauce too lama. Too chewy & hard to telan.
This place is one of the OG kopitiam at Inanam that sells 烧腊. Why I said it's authentic, because my mom told me about the owner is from Hong Kong. And we all know 广东烧腊 is very authentic and they have pened for many many years, literally 老字号. I don't often go there because their price is slightly expensive than other kopitiam that sells 烧腊
So, my mom and I decided to go there because we wanted to buy roasted duck and their roasted duck (I didn't take pics) very big. And because we bought a roasted duck, the owner gave us a complimentary barley drink.
What did we have:
1. Konloumien with Roasted Pork + Wonton
- I had this. The wonton was very delicious, same goes to the roasted pork as well. Noodles very springy
2. Mihun Soup with Roasted Pork + Steam Chicken
- My mom had this. My mom liked it too, definitely approved by your typical picky-eater aunty 😂
3. Teh C Special Ping
- We both had this. A bit sweet for me, but still very good
Overall, we had a really good breakfast here. This place is always full seated, it's crowded, so if y'all wanna eat here, better go early lah
