My bro stumbled upon this humble hawker stall and insisted that I must try their minced pork and lard with fried egg. Also, it's super affordable too!
Mr Hubby and I visited, he ordered minced pork with noodles, while we opted for the red wine soup with egg and pork, as the wonton soup had sold out.
Their menu showcases traditional Sarawak cuisine modernized with a twist of flavour. We enjoyed our meals despite the place can be steaming warm.
The combination of runny egg yolk, fresh pork, and warm lard infused into the rice. The distinct texture of the crispy pork lard was delicious with each spoonful.
Kthxbye.
