I love the pisang penyet! It's not oily, has a texture like fried sukun but without the astringency/bitterness , and a wonderful aroma. Soft & tender inside, Kerepek-like outside

Corn snack: delicious, crispy, spice taste

Tenggiri set:  10/10, super nice, fresh, nice frying skill, hot hot

All big portion, was suprised by the size

Memangkuk recently taken over by a China boss, now specializing in Mixian (rice noodles).

Social media and payment accounts still operate under the original "Memangkuk" name.

 We tried Pork slice & balls suan cai (sour vegetable), pork bone beef brisket soup, fried pork tomato soup.

Suan Cai: Signature dish, highly recommended by my friend.

Soups (Tomato & Pork Bone): Average; I prefer a thicker, richer broth.

Meat & Ingredients: Average meat quality, sparse ingredients in the pot.

Mixian Texture: Too soft, gets mushy , i had to took out 1st.  I prefer thicker, smoother, chewier noodles (like at 66 Mixian, Damai Point).

 Pork Intestines: CANNOT!

 Quite pricey.

 Lacked sufficient staff.

Good selection of condiments available, including local chili.

MiXian Pots served extremely hot, with soup bubbling.

Smool Kitchen is the first place in KK I've found that uses Niko Neko Ajisai 2.0 'Atas' matcha powder!

Out of all their drinks, the Ajisai 2.0 Matcha Latte Kosong is my absolute favorite – it has a rich, smooth texture and an awesome aroma 🤤🤤🤤.

 The plain Ajisai 2.0 is also very nice.

The coffee's great too!

Not a cafe, so the prices are super cheap.

Still fits 2-3 people comfortably, and it has air conditioning.

For these lower & '佛心' (benevolent) prices, you're getting 'atas' (premium) cafe-standard drinks – totally worth it!

Recently fall in love with Ai-Cha, 爱上爱茶了

Ai-Scream Cone RM2 only (other brands oso RM2-2.50)

With this price, should be nothing to complain, nothing to expect. But to my surprise, the SeaSalt performed well (BTW, only Ai-Cha got seasalt flavour)!!!! Matcha also good. No too sweet, smooth, not heavy cornstarch taste, not too too artificial although i know it muz be artificial. Of coz cheap ice cream melts fast, but Ai-Cha's formula is  good. Quality & size varies time 2 time ya, but most of the time the cone is 100% filled inside . Vanilla & Chocolate oso available. Try ur luck & c what 2 flavours are available on ur day.  

Earl  Grey Lemon Tea Kosong RM3.99😍😍😍👍👍👍 Staff informed they're using Earl Grey tea bag, not tea powder. Only Ai- Cha especially mention Earl Grey on their menu rather than black tea. Quality varies time 2 time ya.

Seasalt Ai-Scream & Earl Grey Lemon Tea😍😍😍

Lamb Chop : 9/10. Ori RM30, Big RM40, pic shown is big, not sure why served deboned & cut, but easier for sharing. Good portion,  meat tender, juicy, well marinated, not too fat, not gamey smell, soaked in mint sauce.Side dishes nice. 

Nasi goreng paprik: 8.5/10. The nasi goreng here very nice! Saw a boy finish whole plate of nasi goreng telur😋 Looks simple but taste Excellent! 

Ayam penyet: meat & skin very nice, the sambal very spicy

Tom Yum 6.8/10: Thick & sweet, not spicy

All beef slices tender

Mee goreng 7.5/10: quite good, RM10 only, good wok skill

From Hungry to Angry

Crispy Pork Bun very nice - 9/10, maybe too hungry liao.  Ciabatta very crunchy, Crispy Pork really crispy & wangi. Request for no onion, been rejected 😂 But i respect . If can put mustard sauce will be nice. Add on RM 1 for basic canned drink

Hakka mee rupa rupanya is Tuaran Mee. Apparently, the mee been put there for a while, become a clump dy, then add on the freshly refried but quite dry fried pork, wantan nice. Still not bad actually, 6.5/10
