My friend from KL has a particular fondness for Sabah seafood, especially fresh fish.
I read that this restaurant had numerous positive reviews, hence I decided to take him there for a weekend brunch.
Fortunately, we managed to get a table and seats upon arrival, as the place quickly filled up with customers.
It has plenty of staffs working, the service was efficient and quick. Our dishes were served promptly after orders placed.
We ordered...
Red tom yum soup base with rice noodle and fried fish
White tom yum soup base with rice noodle, fresh fish and fish paste
Fried tofu skin with fish paste
They're using Spanish Mackerel. The fresh and fried fish cutlet was generous portion, the soup was heavily seasoned though.
My friend said the red tom yum was hot and spicy, just like the ones heβs had in Thailand before. Delicious.
My white tom yum had a clear broth with a tangy kick. Mr Hubby added their sambal chili to give it even more flavor and spicy.
The environment is warm and crowded. Most of the customers left with smiles, full and satisfied stomachs.
Some customer left with order tapau. They accept cash, card and e-wallets.
Kthxbye.
