Remember to screenshot before pressing the 'claim' button at the bottom.

Tried to claim once on 220824 in Beverly, the staff dunno how to do , nothing happened after activating, selecting the location, scanning the barcode , and she pressed 'claim'. My voucher status directly became used although i didn't receive anty deduction. So, wasted a voucher.

Same case happened on 221016 at CKS Bundusan. I didn't mind to waste the voucher as i didn't rugi anything , but the responsible staff asked me to leave my contact , she wanted to check what's the problem and pay me back the RM5.

On 221017, SabahReview app got an update, the voucher column got CKS category dy. Then i went to CKS Bundusan, Mdm Madzlinn tried to scan the screenshot on 221017 and it works!

Then she informed me to go try again at Beverly using the screenshot on 220824, she"ll inform the staff there. And, it works!
