最初吸引我走进 Whitebird Cafe 的，是它造型雅致的手作甜点，尤其是精美的法式小蛋糕（petit gâteau）。

我们曾尝试过以下几款甜点、主餐和饮品：
Mashimaro（Coconut/Passion fruit/Mango)，Blushy Gua Gua（Guava/Jasmine moose)，
Pineapple Slushy，
Pink Guava Juice，
Latte，
Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken Thigh
（配包菜、胡萝卜和煎蛋）
Omelette。

此外，也点了 Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream，其口感尚可。

印象最深刻的是 Apple Pie，颇具特色：
甜度较低，酸酸的清香中融入浓郁的肉桂香气，
使整体风味层次更加丰富。

然而，大致品尝后感觉味道较为平淡，未能带来味觉上的许多惊艳。

友人点的咖啡亦偏淡，采用巴西豆（Brazilian beans），风味温和，缺少浓郁的层次感。

Whitebird Cafe 的亮点是其宽敞舒适的 ins 风室内布局，令人愉悦。座椅摆设有多种不同风格可供选择，适合与朋友相聚聊天，轻松度过悠闲时光。无论是阳光透过大窗洒入，还是窗外街旁绿树的映衬，都让人倍感惬意与疗愈。

不过，对眼睛有闪光问题的朋友来说，会觉得射进来的阳光稍显刺眼， 但贴心的店员会在西斜日照时拉上窗帘，确保舒适度。

每逢周末，餐厅通常都座无虚席。幸好我提前预订了理想的座位。

即使味觉体验没有打破预期，带来太大的震撼，
Whitebird Cafe 仍然是一个适合小聚、放松、打卡拍照的好去处！

Whitebird was introduced by The Hyphen Cafe during March this year. It was cozily nestled on the 3rd floor of the building.

Their exquisite artisanal whole cakes & petite gateaux were meticulously made, bake & designed every month.

Japanese Strawberry Cake
made with fluffy & moist sponge cake layers & filled with fresh Korean strawberries, covered in chantilly cream.

Pandan Bliss
made from pure pandan extracted from the fresh pandan leaves. The delighful scent of pandan filled the air.

These delectable artful cakes are delicately sweetened. Suitable for who's watching their weight & health conscious.
