We tried the ‘Mala’ Carbonara Squid Ink Spaghetti, a bold fusion of spicy mala heat, creamy carbonara, and squid ink umami—a truly exciting dish. 

The Fish and Chips delivered classic comfort with a crispy golden crust, while the Matchagato (vanilla ice cream with oat crumble and matcha sauce) provided a creamy, crunchy, and slightly bitter-sweet finish.

A great spot to consider trying for those who enjoy creative fusion cuisine in a stylish environment!

I popped by the Boost Juice kiosk thinking I’d grab a regular juice for my free birthday drink, but the cashier hit me with a “why not go for the expensive ones?” and oh ya, in the end, I went for the Original Size Wild Berry (RM17, on the house 😋) and it was sooo refreshing.

I chose Jamoca Almond Fudge since it’s always my fav! Although I’m not a coffee person, I’m ALL about that mocha vibe, and this flavour nails it.

The coffee, chocolate fudge, and almond bits create the ultimate combo. If you love that coffee-chocolate mix, this one’s a must-try.

We opted for a light snack, and out of the three dip sauces—guacamole, salsa, and sour cream—the guacamole really stood out. It was creamy, fresh, and perfectly balanced the spice from the nachos.

Honestly, couldn’t have asked for more—it was like the perfect flavour bomb that took the dish from “meh” to wow! 💥🥑

P/S: Guacamole is a creamy dip made from mashed avocado, lime juice, and salt—simple but absolutely delicious!

Sometime ago, I discovered LaLaPop by Frozen at LaLapor (KL), and WOW, who knew wine-infused ice cream was a thing? 😍 Like, there were so many flavours to choose from, it legit felt like I walked into a wine shop for boozy vibes.

You can actually sample their different flavours before picking one. I went for the Bailey flavour, simply because I am not a drinker, and it has no strong liquor taste but delivers something like "susu kopi" (milk coffee), according to someone. Perfect for when you want something a little fancy, but not too strong!

Next, I stepped through a unique door in front of the breathtaking sea view... It felt as though I was entering the deep blue, my mind at ease as I gazed out into the endless horizon. The door served as a beautiful passage, leading me into the serene embrace of the vast ocean beyond.

After a short journey, I found myself standing at the Tip of Borneo, where dynamic waves crash against the rocks. The vast ocean and rhythmic waves evoke a deep sense of awe—truly an unforgettable end to the day.

I have tried the water sports package offered by Long Beach Watersports, which included parasailing, banana boat ride, plus snorkeling at Manukan and Mamutik Islands. It was an amazing experience!

The banana boat ride stood out because the operators offered flexibility. You can choose between a thrilling ride with high-speed turns and the excitement of being plunged into the sea, or a more relaxed ride without the boat being turned upside down. This customization really ensured everyone enjoy the ride, even including a 3 yo toddler!

The operators made sure everyone had a safe and enjoyable time, which shows their commitment to providing an experience suitable for all ages.

Snorkeling around the islands was a great way to explore the beautiful underwater world with clear waters and vibrant marine life.

Overall, Long Beach Watersports provides an exciting and safe water sports experience with excellent service. Highly recommended!
