This is my favourite restaurant to get
1. Deep fried boneless milk fish (ikan baulu tanpa tulang)
2. Fermented soybeans (tempeh) sambal
3. Grilled eggplant with egg

However, when my friend bought me recently, they've changed the way of cooking tempeh sambal.

They used to cut fries style & deep fried therefore it'll be crispy. Now they sliced it into bigger piece (last pic).

The tempeh will get soggy after dipped into the sambal. It's delicious, still but without the crispy texture.

My friend ordered himself the grilled eggplant, he added sambal & taste even better. But he loves mine with egg more.

This restaurant serve varieties mix fusion of Indonesian & Sabahan delicacies. The foods taste spicy, sour & sweet.
