🍜 TENDON-ly Yours, Always 🐷

This has become my regular breakfast or lunch stop before heading to work.

My usual order? The bitter gourd soup with rice noodles—comforting, flavorful, and always satisfying. I never skip the pig tendon—my all-time favourite. The portion size is generous, and for the price, it’s definitely a great deal.

Sometimes I’ll add on a stuffed bean curd roll or braised pork ribs for variety, which pairs well with the soup. Nonetheless, they also offer a good selection of dim sum—tasty, varied, and reasonably priced.

I’ve tried several of their soup bases including tom yum, tomato with milk, seaweed, sweet leaf with egg and curry, but I keep coming back to the bitter gourd soup. It’s hearty, fresh and hits the spot every time.

Same goes to Mr Hubby, he is loyal to one thing here—the curry soup with Tuaran noodles and mixed pork (picture 4). The curry is fragrance with hint of spicy and creamy aftertaste, that’s how he likes it!

They’ve extended their hours into the evening, though do take note—they’re sometimes closed on Mondays.

Kthxbye.

❤️ Sarawak Red Kolo Mee with Braised Pork 🍜

There's a stall in this food court run by a couple from Seri Aman that specializes in serving Sarawak Red Kolo Mee with minced meat & braised pork.

The distinctive red colors of the sauce comes from homemade marinating of bbq pork. The sauce is slightly sweet, giving the noodle taste of sweet & savoury.

I had it for breakfast & it was absolutely delicious. Additionally, they offer other options such as the original kolo mee with minced pork.

I'd explored various stalls offering Sarawak Red Kolo Mee, & this stall achieved the most balance of flavours & immaculate presentation.

You can opt for a bowl featuring 2 colours of noodles, allowing you to experience 'yuen yang' noodles combination with minced meat & braised pork.

Kthxbye.

🟡 it's so dried, it cried...

Molten custard salted egg bun is my favourite. I would definitely buy & try it if I ever see anywhere.

Spotted a dim sum stall in this food court after I'd my breakfast. It looks promising, so I decided to buy & try it.

It does look similar yet it doesn't taste like one. There's no oozing molten salted egg custard anyhow merely just buttermilk.

They accept cash & e-wallets boost for payment. Checkout my ig:_humanburrito.bki for pictures & videos.
