Peak House Dinner 满堂

I stumbled upon this roasted restaurant after a quick stop at the Mixx store, and the roasted meat display immediately caught my attention—so much that I decided to settle in for brunch.

I had my mind set on the roasted duck thigh with noodles, but to my disappointment, the service crew informed me that it was sold out and persuaded me to get the upper thigh part instead.

And, I agreed, thinking it would be a decent alternative...

To my surprise, the portion I received was hardly meaty at all—the so-called upper thigh was mostly bone and skin, leaving me so disappointed and it has the same price as the roasted duck thigh.

The roasted meats themselves were decent, the noodles carried good flavour, and the ambience was comfortable. But when the main highlight of the meal falls short, it’s hard to walk away fully satisfied.

100000% confirm is from Xian Wei Restaurant鲜味馆 , Plaza 333 (do keep in mind tat XW is from Tasty Polo, Inanam Capital), coz the menu, vibes, plates, pictures, free winter melon soup, free Fried pork lard 猪油渣 provided, all same same same as Xian Wei.

Roasted item available from morning till sold out, have 2 come early to eat, Fried pork lard oso ya.

Noodles: 10/10, coz i like to eat thin thin little crunchy HK noodles

Food Presentation: 10/10, neat & clean, good for eyes

Sau Nyuk: 8.6/10 crispy, juicy, but i prefer thicker slicing

Zha Nyuk/ Fried Pork: 7/10 average

Char Siew: 7.2/10 glazing type, but too fat, but no greasy oh

Duck: 6/10 cannot, dry dry

Chicken: looks dry dry, i dun try

Fried Wantan: 9/10, yummy yummy

Fried Fupi: 6.5/10 so so

Lemon Tea Kosong: 8/10 nice

Tomyum Mix Fish: Soup nice, but keep in mind it is not spicy, quite sweet style ya, ingredients fresh nice, big portion

Watanho: KT is super slim, Ipoh Hor Fun size. Got wok hei, meat & vege oso many 👍

Staffs recommend fried pork & roasted, but roasted usually available in morning until sold out

Will sure come bek to try more

Btw, the menu & vibes looks familiar, macam Xian Wei Restaurant at Plaza 333, maybe is the same owner.
