Pasta Pasta is shaking things up with their new premium menu by bringing in smoked duck, mussels, and baked pasta to refresh the familiar comfort zone.

Curious and hungry, and we went for a split decision: I ordered the mussels aglio olio, while Mr Hubby went straight for the baked pasta carbonara.

Mine arrived with four green-lipped mussels, glistening in garlicky oil. At this super affordable price point, they were decent and satisfying for a casual meal.

Mr Hubby’s baked pasta, he called it “not bad,” which means acceptable but his heart still belongs to the classic carbonara with fettuccine.
