Tai 's texture is kasar a bit than Maguro, they are both Tuna family. Salmon is smooth texture.

For me, if can add in pickled radish chunck or cucumber chunck to present more significant layer of texture, not shredded one, will be better.

As usual, the set lunch here is very worth, love Set A so much!!!
