This bistro is creating quite a buzz lately thanks to their new menu featuring pork dishes. PRAISE THE PORK! OINK
The pork burger particularly caught my eye, so I suggested to Mr Hubby that we must check out the place and try it out.
Upon arrival, we found the place bustling with customers; some had even called ahead to reserve tables.
Fortunately, after a short wait, the waiter managed to snag a table for both of us near the kitchen. Wow, me likey!
As we settled in, I couldn't help but notice the head chef, Chef Effardy Ghani, cooking and monitoring in the busy kitchen.
With the staff busy attending to both food preparation and customer service, a bit of patience was definitely in order.

The smoky flavour and well-seasoned taste of the pork patties, infused with a hint of jalapeรฑo spice, was simply divine.
I must say, this pork burger is absolute da bomb. This is definitely the BEST PORK BURGER in town!!
My husband's mac and cheese bacon was decent, without the stretchy and overwhelming cheesy.
Both dishes paired wonderfully with a refreshing draught beer, though I opted for apple cider vinegar myself.
Despite the lively atmosphere, the heat from the kitchen combined with the weather made the place warm.
They accept both cash and card for payments, but do note that parking space there is limited. Park at your own risk.
