Pastry Reviews: Not Overly Sweet
Overall, the pastries here are not oily and have good flakiness, though they lack a strong butter fragrance. Still, a good choice for pastries.
Matcha Latte: Beautifully presented, but the taste was average.
Pistachio Ribbon: The filling portion was generous, but it lacked a distinct pistachio flavor, making the taste average. The crust was excellent, remaining crunchy even after several hours.
Tiramisu Cromboloni: This had a generous filling, and I loved the taste. However, the crust texture was quite tough, requiring strong teeth to eat.
Flan: The flan featured a rich, firm egg custard. It was quite sour, with a noticeable citrus or yougurt or thick cheese taste that wasn't to my liking. The crust was also quite tough, needing to be eaten slowly.
