🐟Thin Dosai, Fish Claypot, Curry Magic & Flavours Bomb💣

Indian food just hits different for a weekend brunch.

So I treated myself to a rawa dosai (I asked for it thin), paired with a fish claypot and a big cup of coffee bru with fresh milk — pure comfort on a plate. Meanwhile, Mr Hubby went for the chicken martabak with a hot teh tarik.

Now let me talk about the real star: the fish claypot.

At first glance, it looks pretty normal but the moment I took my first bite then BOOM. The flavour didn’t just punch — it simmered then slowly exploded in my mouth like a spicy curry fireworks show.

The coffee bru washed down without killing the flavours.

The fish was perfectly braised in their house-mixed curry, and I can taste the layers one by one — spicy, rich, slightly sweet, and super fragrant. Every ingredient felt like it had its own moment blended together perfectly.

Also, the fish was so tender and my jaw said thank you.

And the braised egg soaked up all that gravy, each bite gave this rich, savoury punch first, then the spices slowly bloom on your tongue when I ate it together with my dosai. It makes me pause mid bite and awed.
