1) Taiwan Braised Pork Rice 台湾卤肉饭
- Different from picture I have seen in Sabah Review post. Instead of using pork belly or meat that contain a bit of fat (which is best for this dish), the rice bowl come with lean meat this time. Taste okay actually, not salty and the seasoning just right, but the meat kinda dry. 个人看法:肥瘦相间的卤肉会比较有温润潮湿的口感,脂肪的香气再配上卤汁的美味,这才是我心目中的卤肉饭。Recommend for people who don’t like fat.
2) Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup 红烧牛肉面 (RM15.90)
- Good portion, the dish come with 4-5 pieces of meat. Typical taiwan-style seasoning.
Not much choices available as the shop owner focus on the these few specialties:
- Taiwanese beef noodle soup
- Taiwan braised pork rice
- Taiwanese Konlo beef noodle
- Taiwanese Konlo chicken noodle
- Lu Wei 卤味 (dry tofu, egg, drumstick)
- Beed stew with rice
Clean environment and fully aircon. Shop owner were very polite and attentive, serve you with a 😊 face.
