Chicken Kebab with Nasi Mandi
I love the Nasi Mandi and chicken kebab, just that chicken kebab portion a bit small for me🫢 the sambal with lil bit sourly taste was very appetizing. Nasi Mandi very wangi too, sedap lah.
Roasted Chicken with Nasi Mandi
My colleague had this and her comment was roasted chicken abit dry, but taste wise not bad, taste good 👍
Garlic sauce comes with their wrap
My colleague love this, garlic sauce taste sourly nice and the sauce is cold type. Must eat together with the wrap and it’s recommended to have it while the wrap is hot. Hot & cold combination kind of dish~
For their main dishes/ course, the price of the food at least RM20 and above lah, set comes with soup too.
If you don’t like smokey environment, suggested you to sit outside for better ventilation 😅 You’ll smell pretty bad when you came out from the restaurant if you’re sitting inside🫢
Overall, food is worth to try👍
Done sharing, kbye.

Chef Ammar is well-known for his lamb shank nasi mandhi & saffron steamed egg during Bazaar Ramadhan at Kuala Lumpur.
I've decided must try when he announced he'll drop by at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah few days ago through a video in Facebook & Instagram.
He's cooperating together with 10 n Go owner, they'll soon opening another restaurant at Sarawak. Both Sabah & Sarawak outlet will be manage by them.
In their Facebook live video, the chef taught the kitchen staffs how to marinate the chicken & lamb using his cooking technique & recipes.
I WhatsApp the branch manager to place orders. Initially she told me the price was MYR39 & the price has increased to MYR49 due to the Chef's fame.
Nonetheless, the price isn't include with his famous saffron egg nor any imported nuts in the nasi mandhi somemore. Unbelievably outrageous, totally.
The lamb shank looks appetising due to the marinated color, anyhow the meat wasn't tender as it was often shown from his YouTube videos.
Nasi Mandhi & sauces are okay, the lamb curry was tasty though but limited portion! Nothing more special nor to highlighted. Truly disappointed.
I'll definitely drop by to his restaurant at KL to try his lamb shank nasi mandhi with saffron egg when I've the opportunity.

Pleasant dinner & busy night for the staff & kitchen crews before they're close 3 days straight for Hari Raya celebration.
Here's what I've ordered
Egyptian hits
signature lamb shank served with nasi mandhi, bone soup, side salad & chilli
- the nasi mandhi is the soul of the entire dishes, braised lamb is delicious, suitable for those who doesn't like gamey taste, side salad looks different in the menu though, chilli mix well either with the rice & the lamb.
Chef's favourite
Meeska (eggplant with meat)
- the dishes presented doesn't look similar in the menu. It is suppose to be eggplant chunks, however it was merely few slices of eggplant with several potato cubes with the option of meat ( may choose roasted chicken or beef) cooked in claypot.
Overall, it's tasty.
Pizza
Egyptian sausages
- The pizza dough is magnificently delicious.
Fluffy on point. The sausages slightly dry.
Sides
Hummus
- it taste like it have been put for quite some times. Kinda odd.
Barbican
Strawberry
- non alcohol & halal malt soda with mild taste of fruit.
Desserts
Baklava
- barely can taste the pistachio, limited quantity daily
Overall experience are pleasant. Check out my ig:_HumanBurrito.bki for pictures & videos.
