Tuaran noodle is listed one of the 10 best & must try noodle in Sabah. It is staple food among the local & my favourite.
Have you ever try stir fried Tuaran noodle with 'lihing' (fermented sticky rice wine)? Totally highly recommended!
I love it hence I brought Mr Boyfriend to try because he doesn't know about the dish & said KK doesn't have this menu.
Mr Boyfriend said this is something new & special to him. There's strong fragrance of 'lihing' when the dish was served hot.
The Tuaran noodle was cripsy, taste not dry nor greasy, it was served with sup 'kosong'. Eat best while it's still hot.
I ordered meself 'Lor Mee' Tuaran noodle. The broth is salty, greasy, watery, no black vinegar, taste like stir fried wet noodle.
I customised both noodles with mixed meats; roasted (sao nyuk) & pork with gravy (shang nyuk), spring roll (chun ken).
