Deep fried pork with dry mix flat rice noodle is in my to-eat-list & highly suggested when one is travel to Sandakan. Compulsory.

It's located at 2nd floor of Sandakan Central Market. They start operated early morning with limited servings until sold out, mostly before afternoon.

I reached there as early as 7am with my mother. I ordered mine deep fried pork with dry mix & my mother ordered hers with soup small size.

My mother ordered small size because she wants to order fish porridge from other stall (not in the picture), and she said the porridge are delicious.

I've to order another plate of just deep fried pork as it's distinctively rich in flavour. No wonder it's entitled legendary, nevertheless well known.

While I sat & enjoy my breakfast, their regular customer came eat or buy breakfast for takeaways, some even bought more than 10 packets.

The owner & staffs are helpful, the stall are kept in hygienic state always. They accept cash only for payments.
