Kedai Kopi Hiung Sang

Kedai Kopi Hiung Sang famous for their frozen chinese dumplings AKA sui gao (pork&shrimp fillings) and pei dan gao (century egg pork&shrimp fillings), and other frozen dimsum for locals. A lot visitors will buy their frozen goods here before flying back to their cities.

They also serve it in their restaurant for late breakfast & lunch so we got to eat freshly wrapped & cooked sui gao in soup or dry tossed(Gan Lao).
