I enjoyed an outstanding solo lunch at Syarikat Cafe. I ordered the Guanciale Salted Egg Alfredo and a Gula Melaka Latte, and both were superb. The pasta was deliciously rich and flavourful, a truly unique dish. The latte was perfectly balanced and aromatic.

The ambience is unique and different, very cool and relaxed, making it a great spot for a solo diner to enjoy a meal. The price was very reasonable for the high quality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang!
