I love to watch Indian street foods videos & I've found one of it at KK, Pani Puri.

Pani means flavoured water which mixed with various kinds of herbs & ingredients, Puri means round deep fried dough ball.

Divys Kitchen (@divys_kitchen), homemade Indian snacks by Suresh. There are 2 types of Puri; Pani Puri & Dahi Puri.

I bought Dahi Puri, it has extra 1 type of sauce, homemade recipe of lassi thus it'll have creamy & milky taste.

This is DIY whereby I poke a hole in the Puri with my thumb then mix & put all the ingredients & sauces prepared into it.

The raw onions & herbs in the mixed mashed potato gives it extra kick to the taste bud! Mindblown!

4 types of sauces provided are sweet, tangy, spicy & milky. There's no overwhelming aftertaste, I love it!
