A late review. Tried to use my first CKS voucher from SabahReview end of August. Cashier might be new and wasn't sure how to key/scan the voucher. Staff at the other tills weren't too sure but has heard of this voucher. The cashier was worried she has to pay me back in case it fails, me being adventurous was just like heck just redeem and wing my luck. It failed and I was holding up a queue for just a small pack of detergent, so I left saja lah.

I can only say ngam ngam my luck to meet a shift who weren't trained/informed how to use the particular voucher. The cashier also very worried kena tolak gaji and I can understand that 🥺 poor thing. I just wanna say I still love CKS Khidmat the best despite this hiccup. Looking forward to a positive review of my next voucher redemption.

Tried to use it at cks grocer, but none of their staff willing to try scanning the barcode as they are not aware of this thing. After that, went to cks millenium. Also only 1 staff is aware of this, and because of utilising this voucher, waited at the counter there at least half an hour for the staff to come to counter and settle this voucher

same case with me also, wasted a voucher at CKS Beverly during end of August

Seems like they didn't inform their staff of this then across most branches. I'm gonna raise the issue via their fb private message. Ain't letting my vouchers go to waste hahaha.

Update: I popped a message to cks. Their reply: "Good morning. We apologize for the inconvenience that you have faced in our stores. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. We will forward this issue to the management promptly.". Hopefully all voucher redemptions will be smooth sail after this 👌
