Natto is magical fermented soy beans, & it has been Japanese staple food. Some people loves & some people hates it.

There's various brands & sizes of imported Japanese natto, I chose this because of the fermentation & lesser ingredients listed.

I opt for the lesser ingredients because the taste of authenticity, also it use mirin to fermented the soy beans.

I was inspired & learnt from Crayon Shin Chan of how's he prepared & eats Natto. Thus, I got all my ingredients bought.

However, I added 1 organic egg yolk to mix with the natto in order to create silky texture. Slurping-ly amazing taste!

Then I pour some freshly chopped green onions onto the natto. It best served on a steamed hot bowl of white rice.

I cook the egg white with konjac & egg tofu. There goes my dinner of the day. Itadakimasu!
