Not what I was highly expected.

The fresh lobster flesh taste nothing but slippery & gelatin like texture only.

I dipped it into the sea nails sauce ( fermented bean curd sauce), it's even more flavourful than the soy sauce & fake wasabi given.

The soy sauce taste dry, the fake wasabi color is darker & taste aged ( I bet they've put for quite some period...)

Waiter & waitress are polite, always attentive to guest's needs while waiting for the meals to serve.
