I've had plenty of mee hoon soup with ham choi base before, but it is my first time seeing it used in fried mee hoon, although in English is fried meehoon but Chinese is 酸菜*湿炒*米粉.
Colour me surprised, it was actually really good! The tanginess from ham choi helps keep each bite refreshing.
My only complain is the amount of tofu cubes felt like so little I think I can count on one hand.
