Well balanced Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sweet sauce with hint of spicyness and sour, not exactly just sweet and sour sauce, maybe pairing it with limau would taste even better.

Chicken is kinda crispy and quite tasty, the kind not oily so I can keep eating it without getting bored of it and it won't get greasy too.

Just a little much vegetable than I thought lol. Not a bad thing but just felt like the vegetables are not cooked...

Butter Chicken Rice

The chicken is okay, the butter sauce is not too sweet or spicy, taste pretty mild but enough to be flavourful

Crispy Watan Ho

I like trying new things and this is first time I see a Crispy Watan Ho. I thought it meant the meat is crispy at first but turns out they fried the kuey teow.
Because it's fried, some of them are a bit tough to chew and I got tired of it really quickly because it was quite heavy to me.
So I think it's a situation where you either like it, or you don't. And I personally don't like it.

Bbq roasted chicken rice

Not a fan of spicy but I do admit the chicken with the chilli sauce is somewhat more appetising. Overall the chicken itself is tender and pretty solid taste, salty and sweet at the same time without overpowering, good balanced flavour.

First Time Hearing Ham Choi Fried Mee Hoon

I've had plenty of mee hoon soup with ham choi base before, but it is my first time seeing it used in fried mee hoon, although in English is fried meehoon but Chinese is 酸菜*湿炒*米粉.
Colour me surprised, it was actually really good! The tanginess from ham choi helps keep each bite refreshing.
My only complain is the amount of tofu cubes felt like so little I think I can count on one hand.
