Worst Norwegian salmon ever
Dear Sushi King Management,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the quality of the Norwegian Salmon Sashimi served at your outlet.
Your advertisement clearly promotes “Norwegian Salmon – Freshness Flown In, from the cold clear waters of Norway,” with appealing images of bright, fresh sashimi slices. However, what I was actually served was completely different from what was advertised. The salmon slices I received looked pale, unappetizing, and far from sashimi-grade quality. It neither resembled fresh Norwegian salmon nor matched the standard expected from a brand like Sushi King.
As a paying customer, I am very concerned about the following points:
1. Food Safety: The salmon served looked questionable in quality and freshness. This raises a serious concern about whether it is safe to consume, and whether it truly meets sashimi-grade standards.
2. False Advertising: The stark difference between the promotional image and the actual food served is misleading and unfair to customers.
3. Brand Trust: Sushi King is a well-known name, and I expect strict quality control. Serving such low-quality salmon damages customer trust and may lead to health risks if left unaddressed.
I request that your management take this complaint seriously and provide a proper explanation. Customers deserve to know whether the salmon being served is genuinely Norwegian and truly safe for consumption. At the very least, Sushi King should uphold the quality it advertises.
For your reference, I have attached photos of both your promotional poster and the actual salmon sashimi served to me.
I look forward to your prompt response and assurance that corrective measures will be taken.
Sincerely,
[Ms.Ivy Lai]
