I’ve been on the hunt for kopitiam-style Western food lately, and this place came to mind since it’s conveniently located near where I stay. Every time I’ve passed by, it’s been packed, especially at night, so I had high hopes.
I ordered the lamb chop, while Mr Hubby went for the sizzling noodle with chicken.
Let’s start with the fries—I was slightly disappointed when they arrived. They were thin-cut fries, not the crinkle-cut type (my favourite) that shown at the menu. It’s a small thing, but it did affect my initial impression.
As for the lamb chop and side veggies, it was just okay. There wasn’t any “wow” factor—it was decently cooked.
Mr Hubby’s sizzling noodle with chicken didn’t look very appetizing to me, but he didn’t have any strong comments about it. It seemed like a standard dish—nothing bad, but nothing outstanding either.
Kthxbye.
