Although each countries has its own version of BKT, however we Sabahans love it & have their own preferences taste.
It's my second times dining here. I usually go to You Kee (Beverly Hills branch) where their soup is sweeter.
I discovered the soup here tends to be on the salty side & occasionally plain with a hint of herbal taste.
There are 2 types of BKT available; soup & dry version. I would like to try the dry version next time.
BKT must accompanied with a plate of boiled 'you mak' (baby lettuce) with garlic oil, or you can choose other veggies.
I tried the braised phoenix claws & yellow wine prawns before (not in the pictures). It was merely okay, not the wow factor.
