This used to be one of my regular spots for coconut shaved ice, and I absolutely loved their mocha and matcha flavours—they were always so rich and satisfying.
However, my recent visits have left me disappointed because the flavours just aren’t the same anymore. On my first visit back, I ordered the regular matcha coconut shaved ice topped with a scoop of coconut ice cream.
It was just okay—nothing like the bold, creamy taste I remembered. Thinking it might have been an off day, I gave it another try the following week.
I ordered the regular mocha coconut shaved ice with their new salted caramel cappuccino ice cream. Unfortunately, it tasted slightly sour, almost as if the coconut had gone bad.
Thankfully, I didn’t get sick nor diarrhoea, but the experience was far from enjoyable. It’s really sad because this place used to be a favorite of mine. Sighhh~
