So, I decided to put this claim to the test. Here’s how it went:

Signature Sabah Sang Nyuk Mee Soup (Lo C Fun was our noodle choice):
The soup was... decent, which they proudly say is freshly boiled every day with fresh pork—nothing mind-blowing, but it did the job.

Shunde Dumplings (顺德水饺):
These dumplings came stuffed with a mix of prawn, pork, wood ear fungus, and bamboo shoots (虾、猪肉、木耳、笋). Fancy, right? They were tasty and delicate, but I found myself wishing for just one more dumpling… because good things always come in insufficient quantities.

Rice Cake Bowl:
This was my favourite! The rice cakes were soft and smooth, topped with savoury minced pork and pork lard. Super satisfying.

The Downside:
Lots of flies hanging out at the counter. I couldn’t help but wonder if I’d be getting a bonus trip to the toilet later...

Overall, good food, but someone please call pest control!
