With the persistent rain recently, Mr Boyfriend expressed a desire to get something hot, spicy & soup for dinner. I suggested him to try the tom yum restaurant near our workplace.

Here's what we ordered for dinner:
Tom yum soup with mixed seafood (small size)
It turned out to be decent, though it seemed a bit diluted with water. Enough only for 1 pax.

Deep fried eel with turmeric & mixed veggies (300g)
It's delicious with a mild aroma of turmeric. It has unique & distinct texture, firm yet tender. Unlike fresh fish fillets, the flesh is delicate & silky.
There are lotsa cooking styles for the eel, customers can opt for tom yum, pedas thai soup or stir-fried style.

The restaurant environment, especially the floor, was greasy. Anyhow, their service was attentive. The place is full of regular customers at night. Limited parking space. They accept cash, card & e-wallets for payment.
