I'd tom yum soup base with rice noodle & fresh fish fillets, deep fried fish eggs & fish bean curd skin.

The tom yum soup base is more milky rather than spicy & sour.

Deep fried fish eggs are overcooked & hard to chew. Not my liking.

Fish bean curd skin is slightly overcooked, anyhow still fine.
