I think the noon chef maybe different with the evening chef
1st vist at 4pm, the chef refused to customized the honey pork without Garlic & or Onion , so do sweet & sour pork ribs, sweet & sour pork 古佬肉, curry pork..... end up the old staff paired the Michael Mee with Kicap pork slices (coz memang no garlic & onion), black upon black. Anyway, i respect the chef's principle coz he said no garlic no nice.
Michael Mee: Good taste, maybe is wet fried style loh mee?
Kicap pork: another kicap taste, wok hei kuat kuat,nice.
Barley drink has candied wintermelon inside

The chef happily customized every dishes, no garlic & onion.
Watanho: seafood not fresh, prawn mushy mushy, but seafood portion good good. Ada wok hei, good taste, but mouth feel uncomfortable after eating, too much ajinamoto & friends.
Sweet & Sour pork: very nice, good portion for RM 12 only
