Food is ok but service omg

One of the service crew playing soap spray at the cutlery station while talking to his friend. He spray the soup at the bottom of the steal glass for hot water(place downwards) then another staff come and take the steal glass with his hand touching the bottom 😭then he take the cutlery with the same hand 😭

Not sure which table he send the cutlery but it was unhygienic 🫠


Kopi ping got alot franchise i think should train the workers well and also have a manager with full responsibility but not just chit chating
