The Hor Fun clearly lacked wok hei

The "wat tan" (egg gravy) was not smooth as it should be and was a bit watery.

I'm not a fan of Sabah's meatball spring rolls

Beautiful shiny color, good portion, generous amount of salted fish and minced meat.
