This month, the restaurant launched a limited-time lunch promotion featuring their Sanchoku Wagyu burger, served with thick cut fries at a special price.
From the first bite, I was hooked instantly—it was so delicious that I requested immediately with the service crew if I can order another one for takeaway.
It featured Sanchoku Wagyu patty, caramelised onions jam, housemade sauce, gherkin, tomato, cheese, and paired with artisan toasted brioche bun.
Also, perfectly deep fried thick cut fries, ideal level of crispiness outside and tender on the inside. It allows the fries retain natural potato’s texture and flavour.
