This is an underrated coffee shop that offers mixed pork and beef with handmade noodles.

I’ve been there several times for their mixed beef noodle, but this time I decided to try the braised mixed pork with dry mix noodles instead. I also asked for an add-on of braised pork tongue.

The handmade noodle has a distinctive springy texture, it is slightly dense and bounce elasticity when I chew. The braised pork especially tongue part is incredibly tender, melted in your mouth with sweetness.

However, Mr Hubby wasn’t happy with his hot drink because it didn’t taste as good as he’d hoped for. It’s made by a new young boy. The ratio of tea and milk was off, the balance of flavour wasn’t quite right.

I enjoyed how savoury the noodle is after mixed with the braised pork gravy.

I returned on a weekday morning specifically for the ngiu chap. This time, I opted for the dry mixed rice noodles, hoping to savour the rich flavour of the braised beef.

However, things took an unexpected turn when I noticed an overpowering of sour taste. Finding it odd, I shared my experience with the Mrs Owner.

She promptly apologized & expressed gratitude for my honest feedback. She then explaining that he had been mixing the ingredients without precise measurements.

Interestingly, Mr Boyfriend didn't taste the sourness as he ordered the handmade noodle soup with braised beef. They accept cash & e-wallets.

Mr Boyfriend took me to this breakfast spot before we heading to work. He mentioned that this coffee shop doesn't get the recognition it deserves, especially for its scrumptious mixed beef & handmade noodle dish.

I got meself a bowl of the mixed beef soup with the handmade noodle. I must say, the beef was incredibly tender, the soup is clear & light (not heavy seasoning) & the handmade noodles had a wonderfully springiness to them.

Despite they've various other dishes on their menu, it's clear that the regular customers keep coming back for the delectable mixed beef dish with the noodle. They accept cash & e-wallets for payments.
