Deepsea Chicken Fish 海底鸡公， 拿来做咖哩&Assam, 就可惜了。。。肉质偏粗。。。味道ok, 饱满，assam味不错吃。 Curry &Assam style, meat a bit tough, not bad.... if steam, should be very nice.
