This is at Kandi 5, Metrotown. First had it about 9 years ago and it's still one of the nicest chicken. The sambal is a perfect blend of tangy and spicy, it is tasty and doesn't leave your tongue in pain. This set comes with a side of soup, and the soup is also good, that I usually ask for refills. The amount of rice is a bit too much though.

There are different varieties of ayam penyet like ayam keremes which is ayam penyet plus those fried butter crunchy things on top.
