As this is my 1st visit, i asked for recommendation.

The Uncle Staff highly recommend the Duck & Roasted Pork, saying the duck sold out very fast... although i said i think the popular dish here is the meatroll (read from reviews)....

The result: a bad lunch 今天的午餐很难吃🤢

Roasted Pork: Look at the pity 20% meat 80%fat ratio...... Duck: good Dang Gui Taste, but i think i was eating duck bone dish, pity 20% meat 80% bone ratio

Fuzuk roll: ok

Soup: no cincai soup with peppercorn

I saw the kitchen making the jumbo meat roll when leaving, seems like i ordered the wrong food dy....will come bek 1 more time to try the meatroll & meat ball

干捞米粉/面
- 干捞汁到现在味道还是一模一样！好吃！但是汁比以前少了，稍微干了一点

烧肉
- 还是一样好吃！尤其是那个脆皮！好脆！
- 肉本身是属于偏咸偏重口味的，这个就看个人的喜好了。我不宜多说

叉烧
- 不知道他们是不是用其他部位的猪肉来做叉烧了。如果没记错，叉烧的口感和以前差很远了
- 现在的叉烧偏硬偏干，味道也偏咸。
- 如果没记错以前的叉烧口感很像没那么干硬，偏软而且有肥肉和瘦肉。这次变得完全是很瘦的肉。消化能力不好的，我就不推荐叉烧。

烧卖
- 烧卖不错吃。但是口感是偏软的。如果喜欢有嚼劲有口感的吃货们，可能会失望哦。这个比较适合牙口没那么好的和消化系统没那么好的吃货。整体来说是好吃的，没那么差。只是口感方面是看个人的喜好。


整体来说我是满意的，只是对于叉烧就没那么满意了。口感方面的确有点干硬，肉眼还能看见肉的纤维😅
还是以前比较好吃。除了叉烧，其他的我还是觉得满意。

份量是蛮多的，胃口小的建议找人分享。价钱方面对于两碟粉面，一笼烧卖和两杯茶水应该还算合理，毕竟猪肉价格上涨幅度蛮大。环境不错，至少离隔壁的桌子还是有一段距离。服务也可以，有一盘我们点的是米粉但来到是面。要求换去米粉，他们还是愿意。没露出一点不屑的表情。
