This is the place I'd go whenever I felt like eating dim sums. Before the pandemic, you need to fend for yourself to find a table during peak hours. Nowadays, they finally start to use a numbering system in which you take a number and waited to be seated. Gone are the days where you have to eat uncomfortably while people stand beside you and wait for you to finish your meal.
So we ordered the usual. Unfortunately not all taste as good as I remembered before. I'd give 10 out of 10 stars for the Cheong Fun, Lotus Rice, Bacon Roll, Century Egg Congee and Radish Cake. The Wu Kok and Salad Prawn however, used to be my favourite since childhood but the taste is somewhat off. Maybe the recipe was changed as it was not as good as I remembered. The Pai Kut was also a bit dry today. We waited about 20 minutes after ordering for all the food to arrive and staff were very attentive when called.
