I decided to dine at this place after being enticed by the recommended dishes in the reviews. It was located at the previous location of Teck Kee Plaza 333.
The restaurant offers indoor & we chose to sit outside. However, there was a drawback as flying insects were present, we discovered some in our foods & drink.
Here's what we ordered:
steamed fresh fish slices tiga rasa
stir fried lettuce
corn soup with egg
steamed white rice
There was a mix-up with the portion size for the fresh fish slices. Despite we requesting fish slices & the menu stated $17, we were charged for the large size.
They've 2 types of menus – one with pictures but no sizes stated. The service staff didn't re-confirm our orders & dishes size. They should be more attentive.
Mr Hubby wasn't pleased when he settling the bill at the counter. Overall, the meals were merely mediocre, & the rice portions were on the smaller side.
