This China restaurant serves a diverse array of Chong Qing culinary delights like steamboat, porridge & braised dishes.
I'm intrigued to try because my brother told me their foods are good & absolutely best option for supper!
Here's what we've ordered:
Eel claypot porridge - I was slightly disappointed as the fish seemed less fresh. The flesh stubbornly clinging to the bone, making it challenging to eat & enjoy.
On a positive note, Mr Boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the aromatic chopped parsley, adding a delightful flavour to the overall experience. He even asked twice for it.
Braised mix pork set (pork head, pork ear, small intestine, pork tongue, pork stomach & braised eggs) - While the braised pork & eggs were flavourful, anyhow I think they might have been cooked for an extended period, resulting the resilient texture.
The dining experience was deemed satisfactory. They accept cash & e-wallets for payments. Ample parking after night.
Kthxbye.
