Paid private hospital price - RM 26k, for a gov hospital level service, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!

All the medical staffs are good, security guard also very nice.

Food same standard as QE2.

The bad apple are the 无脑 admin staffs.

At KPJ, customer is not the king. U hv 2 queue, wait long long long at counter for admission, go blood test, X Ray by urself b4 surgery. The room, fridge rosak, not TV control, no hot & cold water bottles, no this no that, old old some more.

Discharging lagi terrible service, 10am intercom u to discharge, 11am pharmacist came, then.... house arrest u, no cabut ur jarum di tangan, unless u made full payment RM 26K, which should be paid by insurance.

Come on, ur billing department didn't make the breakdown clearly, insurance company query u, then u house arrest us, we became mentally exhausted.

End up, paying RM1500 more deposit then baru can discharge earlier, ody 4pm more liao. How can u treat the patient like that? Ody physically damage, now emotional damage some more?

Shame on u, KPJ!!!
