I came across this designer’s work while helping a friend with renovation. The designer appeared professional and friendly at first, but the actual experience turned out to be very disappointing. Communication was poor, and many details were either unclear or misrepresented from the start. The final result looked nothing like what was promised during the proposal. After payment, follow-up service became extremely slow, and messages were frequently ignored. There was little to no accountability once the work began, and any attempt to get clarification felt like chasing after empty promises. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to double-check every single detail in writing — and be prepared for major frustration if things go wrong.
