Their branch in Matang/Batu Kawa has terrible customer service. They wash your car then leave your car while it’s still wet under the sun leaving watermarks. I told them I didn’t want them to that to my car, one of their worker who was bald then answered me rudely like I owed him money. They then proceeded to deny me service and told me to leave. Which I was more than happy to do. Maybe the outlet in Batu kawa is better, who knows. Never going to their carwash ever again.
