Discarded 25% of goods worth 1000 MYR without consultation!!

We gave 40kg of stuff (2 big boxes) to Hira traders for sending to India but we were surprized to see only 1.5 box being delivered to India. When taking the boxes, they promised that everything will be delivered and charged us for 39 Kgs but we were shocked to see that only 30 kgs reached India. Our apparels, shoes, clocks, awards, souveniers worth 1000+ MYR were simply discarded. No one bothered to check anything and no option was provided. We paid for 1100 MYR for the courier and lost stuff worth equal amount. Extremely bad experience !!
