Big cup of Cappuccino with steamed whole milk and thick rich foam.
Wondering why always Cappuccino over Latte?
Cappuccino starts with a bottom layer of espresso and a second layer of thick and airy layer of steamed milk foam.
Usually ratio for espresso to steamed milk is 1:1, whereas latte typical ratio for espresso to steamed milk is about 1:2 then topped with a layer of foam.
Hence cappuccino boasts a much stronger espresso flavor than latte due to having less milk and more foam than a latte. Have fewer calories too🤣🤣
CB&TL’s coffee isn’t the greatest compare with local roasted beans but they manage to craft a cup of cappuccino with 1:1 ratio of espresso and steamed milk as shown in the picture.
